We do not receive any state or federal assistance and rely on donations from the public.
Every dollar of your tax deductible donation goes directly to providing treatment, medication, food, housing, and many other things to save and care for sick and injured wildlife, until they are released back into the wild. A Note on Our Evolution We believe in radical transparency with our supporters. While Berkshire County Turtle Rescue (EIN: 92-2182209) currently operates as a Private Operating Foundation, we are in the midst of a 60-month “termination” process to reclassify as a Public Charity.
